The Background

Brown Girl Magazine is a multimedia company based in New York City with a global reach dedicated to South Asian self-expression, cultural anchoring, and dialogue.

THE ASK: Assist the founder in conceptualizing and launching LadkiPower’s latest apparel collection, Mental Health is Health, which debuted during Mental Health Awareness Month. Designed by artist Manasi Arya and supported by author and therapist Israa Nasir, the collection aimed to spark meaningful conversations around mental health.

Organized and provided creative direction for the community photoshoot, as well as coordinated the collection launch across e-commerce and social media platforms.
